(1) Edventure Inc., Poetrybox.com and/or its employees, will not be held responsible for the poetry, short stories and/or other works submitted in anyway; such as the stability of our web sites, the accessibility of users getting to work(s) submitted, or other problems that might arise. (2) Edventure Inc., Poetrybox.com and/or its employees, will not be held responsible for any action carried out by any submitter to themselves, anything and or anyone else regarding an expression voiced in any work submitted. (3) Edventure Inc., Poetrybox.com and/or its employees, will retain the right to remove any given poetry, short story or other works at any time. Also, Poetrybox.com may make minor spelling and punctuation corrections to any work submitted. This is necessary for us to attempt to market the various works. The author of the poem will be notified by Poetrybox.com if any significant changes need to be made.(4) Edventure Inc., Poetrybox.com and/or its employees, cannot guarantee that any work(s) submitted will be purchased by any one given agency, and each purchasing agent or agency will be guided by their own Rules and Regulations.

Description of the Promotion

This promotion ("Promotion") provides certain members of the http://www.poetrybox.com with the opportunity to be entered into a series of random drawing sweepstakes ("Drawings"), in where the winner will receive a local lotto ticket and the rights to any prize winnings up to $1 million dollars from the the lotto ticket if it is deemed the winning ticket by the local state authorities. Any other promotions, like our monthly poetry contest follow the same guidelines as those described herein. The Promotion will continue on an ongoing basis until terminated by Edventure Inc. (the "Sponsor"). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or revise the terms of any promotion without notice.

Eligibility

No purchase necessary. The Promotion is open solely to legal residents of the United States and Canada (except Puerto Rico, the Province of Quebec and, in the cases of drawings for prizes worth over $5,000, New York and Florida) who are 18 years of age or older and have registered at http://www.poetrybox.com. Children aged under 18 years of age will have any winnings go to their parent and or guardian. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, and the immediate families (defined as spouse, children, siblings, parents, or grandparents) and co-habitants of these persons, are NOT eligible. To redeem a prize or be entered in a Drawing. The member must have:

a) truthfully completed his or her member profile information
b) abided by these Official Rules,
c) one - and only one - user name.

Registration

To become a member of http://www.poetrybox.com (a "Member"), you must register at http://www.poetrybox.com prior to your participation in the Promotion. There is no cost to register, and you may register only once. To register, click on "JOIN NOW!" or any other applicable button or link and complete all required information on the registration form. Poetrybox.com reserves the right to delete any membership where membership information is not given or is false/inaccurate as well as any duplicate memberships. You must provide a valid e-mail address for use throughout the Promotion in order to enter and open a Member account. You should select one and only one user name, and you must use this name whenever you participate in any phase of the Promotion. Additionally, you agree not to provide your username or password to any other person. To change details of your profile at any time after registration, click on "edit profile" or any other applicable button or link as appropriate. Sponsor is not obligated to supply you with your username or password if you misplace, forget or lose such information, though we will do what we can to assist.

Member Supplied Information

When you choose a screen name, or create a label that can be seen by others, you must abide by the rules of common decency. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds such a label offensive, it reserves the right to change the name, remove the label and/or suspend you from all future Games and Drawings.

How to Enter Drawings

A. Online Drawings

By simply registering at http://www.poetrybox.com, you will be entered into our series of random Drawings. By submitting an original poem to our database, you will be entered in our monthly poetry contest.

B. Mail Entry

To enter a Drawing by mail, hand print your name, address, day/evening telephone number, and your username on a 3" x 5" card ("Card") and mail to Edventure Inc., at 6075 South Eastern Avenue, Suite #1, Las Vegas, NV, 89119-3146. Designate the Drawing you wish to enter by its prize name and date. You will receive the maximum number of entries allowed for that Drawing except for the monthly poetry contest in which case you will need to also send us an original poem. You may designate only one Drawing on any Card and you may mail only one Card in any stamped envelope. If your mail entry is not received by the designated Drawing date, it will be entered into the next available, comparable Drawing on the day after the mail entry is received. LIMIT: One (1) mail entry per person per day. Mail entries without a bona fide username will not be accepted, and Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, postage due, illegible, or incomplete entries.

Winner Selection

Winners in all Drawings will be selected from all eligible online entries received from Members across Edventure Inc. web sites, along with all eligible mail entries. The Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning any Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received by Poetrybox.com, Edventure Incorporated and/or entries into the local State lottories being entered into. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail, and Sponsor is not responsible for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. To ensure fairness, a member cannot win the same contest twice in a row. Winners must respond within seven days of attempted e-mail notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Certain winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven days of attempted notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In regards to our Monthly Poetry Contest, any awards are made and given out by the publisher, who selects literary works from among those submitted to http://www.poetrybox.com. The publisher makes no claims that errors will not be made and that some readers will not agree to those literary works selected.

http://www.poetrybox.com has a selected board of judges, of which half will be employees and the other half will be a random and equal number of http://www.poetrybox.com members. A set of Literary works to be judged will be chosen at random and then those will be selected by the panel of judges.

While all literary works submitted will not be chosen for any awards, we recognize that all literary works submitted are each special and we acknowledge all works as winning the prize of touching someone's heart.

http://www.poetrybox.com, will always make several attempts to select winners by the fairest means possible, and though we will make all efforts possible, http://www.poetrybox.com cannot be held responsible for any human errors.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded within approximately eight weeks of a Drawing's closing or otherwise stated on contest entered into if Edventure Inc is not solely responsible for the contest. Prizes will not be awarded unless the Member's profile information was true and complete at the time of the applicable Drawing's closing. Cash awards will be paid by check, which will be delivered within approximately eight weeks of winner verification. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value for any specific Drawing at any time. If a prize substitution is made for a specific Drawing prior to the Drawing date, the substitution will be posted on the Sponsor's website. Except as otherwise specifically provided hereunder, winners may not substitute, transfer,or assign any prize won, unless it is being transferred to a legal guardian and or parent. A winner may request from Sponsor an offer of cash payment in lieu of any prize won, although Sponsor is under no obligation to grant such request. If Sponsor elects, in its sole discretion, to offer a cash payment in lieu of any prize won, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the exact amount of the cash offer, even if such cash offer is less than the value of the prize. The winner may then elect to accept Sponsor's cash offer, accept the original prize, or decline both and take nothing. All taxes and incidental expenses associated with claiming a prize are the responsibility of the winners. There is a limit of two prizes per person per month.

In regards to our Monthly Poetry Contest, Edventure, Inc. will either award a prize and/or choose to have the members' donate a gift; any contests and prizes awarded are at the discretion of Edventure Inc. and Poetrybox.com. Any prizes awarded by Edventure, Inc. will be selected by the publisher, and will be subject to change. Typical prizes can range from five U.S. dollars in value up to hundreds of U.S. dollars in value. In this area, we will be giving prizes away instead of cash. Reason being is the fact that http://www.poetrybox.com deals with International members, and cash awards in the U.S. are of different value in other countries.

General

Sponsor further reserves the exclusive right, exercisable at any time, without notice, to amend, add to, delete from, alter, or otherwise change these Official Rules in such manner as Sponsor, in its sole discretion, shall determine appropriate. Sponsor's exclusive rights expressed herein shall include, without limitation, the right to rescript the operating code of Games or the http://www.poetrybox.com in order to prevent any unauthorized tampering with the play of Games or operations of the http://www.poetrybox.com web site, or any unauthorized use of computer programs, scripts, or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of play in any Game. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who engages or attempts to engage in such tampering or use. The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, you agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents from and against any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Promotion or the receipt or use of any prize won. By participating, you further grant to Sponsor the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes, where permitted by law. By participating in this Promotion you may periodically receive announcements from Sponsor and/or Sponsor's advertisers, affiliates or sponsors of certain games or Drawings. If you do not wish to receive these announcements, send us an e-mail at hr@poetrybox.com (for the http://www.poetrybox.com website) or ceo@poetrybox.com (for the http://www.poetrybox.com website). Sponsor shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability to any person with respect to any advertising materials of third parties appearing on the http://www.poetrybox.com or on any other site to which players may link to from the http://www.poetrybox.com. This Promotion is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy.

Sponsor has not reviewed all of the sites linked to by http://www.poetrybox.com and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to Edventure Inc. Network. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

Sponsor does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any of the information, content or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the Games or services contained on http://www.poetrybox.com, nor the quality of any products, information or other materials displayed, awarded, or obtained by you as a result of a drawing, an advertisement or any other information or offer in, or in connection with, any of such Games or services. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such information, content or advertisements shall be at your sole risk.

Liability of Sponsor

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or line, computer, on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a user's, or any other person's, computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion. Sponsor is not liable for any malfunction or failure of its systems, website or service offering due to matters including, but not limited to, the failure of Sponsor's or any other entity's software, hardware or communications technology or any part thereof, delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system or from any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures,, any act of God, any outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout or industrial action of any kind. In the event that a disconnection occurs during a Game or Drawing, your Account will only reflect any successfully processed changes made prior to the time of the disconnection.

It is your sole responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to your receipt of prizes. You understand that you may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") tax information reporting forms prior to your receipt of any prize or prizes. You further understand that Sponsor may be required to provide information regarding your winnings to the IRS.

Malicious or other Improper Use of our Site

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PLAYER TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE SPONSOR'S WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PLAYER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Any Member accused of harassing another Member in general or private chat will be warned by Sponsor. If a second complaint of harassment is filed, Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion, from the chat logs (Sponsor must be notified of the harassment within 24 hours of its occurrence) whether the Member has been offensive. If so, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend the Member from all future Games and Drawings for a period of time to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion.  To file a complaint of harassment, you should send us an e-mail at hr@poetrybox.com. Your complaint must include a description of the harassing behavior and the exact time it occurred.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify a Member from participation in Games and Drawings if such Member engages in any conduct that Sponsor deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of http://www.poetrybox.com or detrimental to other users of http://www.poetrybox.com. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during registration or claiming a prize, entering into Drawings through methods such as automated computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing others to use such Member's account for fraudulent purposes and intentionally trying to defraud or otherwise tamper with the computer programs comprising http://www.poetrybox.com. Sponsor will if deems appropriate pursue other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.

Trademarks, Copyrights, and Proprietary Rights

Sponsor maintains http://www.poetrybox.com for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication purposes. You may download material displayed on http://www.poetrybox.com for non-commercial, personal use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of http://www.poetrybox.com for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video, without Sponsor's written permission.

You should assume that everything you see or read on http://www.poetrybox.com is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these Official Rules or in the text on http://www.poetrybox.com without the written permission of Sponsor. Sponsor neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on http://www.poetrybox.com will not infringe rights of third parties.

While Sponsor uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on http://www.poetrybox.com, Sponsor makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Sponsor assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Edventure Incorporated Network.

Your use of and browsing in http://www.poetrybox.com are at your sole risk. Neither Sponsor nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering http://www.poetrybox.com shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, http://www.poetrybox.com. Without limiting the foregoing. Any communication or material you transmit to the Edventure Incorporated Network by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by Sponsor or its affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, Sponsor is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any communication you send to Sponsor for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information, without any additional compensation to you.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on http://www.poetrybox.com, including the names of all games and puzzles, are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Sponsor and/or others. Nothing contained on http://www.poetrybox.com should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Edventure Incorporated Network without the written permission of Sponsor or such third party that owns the Trademark displayed on http://www.poetrybox.com. Your misuse of any Trademark displayed on http://www.poetrybox.com, or any other content on the Edventure Incorporated Network, except as provided in these Official Rules, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Sponsor will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution where appropriate.

For a list of Drawing winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Edventure Inc. Winners, 323 Gornto Lake Road, Brandon, Florida, 33510. Please specify the name and date of the Drawing for which you would like the list of winners. Allow up to eight weeks for delivery of any requested winners' list.
