Edventure
Incorporated has many opportunities available, and below we will go into
detail as the benefits to this Startup Company.
First off, Edventure Inc. has numerous employees, all of which have signed
employment agreements with Edventure Inc. The employment agreement offers
a salary base, contingent on Edventure Inc., and any subsidiary becoming
profitable. The agreement also offers higher level positions with stock
options in Edventure Incorporated and with a fixed option stock price
of $2.50 within four years.
There are numerous ways for a Business Entity to become a large Fortune
500 company. In our case, starting at the ground floor means that we must
advertise at a zero dollar and or near zero level and we must all work
on a volunteer basis with minimal bonuses and promises of hope for those
who show their determination.
We have a team of individuals who took our ideas and dreams and turned
them into a reality. We have performed all our advertising from word of
mouth, and at a near zero dollar cost. We have increased our web presence
from a mere One Thousand - 1000 - hits or visits per month, to over One
Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand - 159,000 - hits or visits per month. Our
members have increased from sixteen members, to a number that's well over
500 per month.
All in all, our growth rate has been phenomenal, our members are requesting
to become employees, which has been a blessing, and Poetrybox.com's strive

The services of Edventure Inc. include some of the following: Financial
Mentoring, Investment Opinions, Business Analysis and Mentoring, Web Hosting,
Web Design and Development, E-Commerce, Marketing Surveys and Analysis,
Publications and Establishment Reviews, and so much more.
What can Edventure Incorporated offer?
1. All business expenses, i.e. Web servers, Redundant backup servers,
Legal fees, Book keeping expenses, are currently paid by Edventure Incorporate.
There are no expenses, such as those listed above are paid for by any
employee, thus giving everyone an opportunity to show what they are made
of while learning and grow a company.
2. Edventure Inc., is a Legal Corporation and is bound by the laws governing
such.
3. Edventure Inc offers Executive VP's options of up to 10,000 shares.
Signed sealed and registered.
4. Edventure Inc will offer a Legal employee contract/application, and
list you at the title given.
5. Edventure Inc will offer educational videos and or training classes,
on subjects requested, as long as the management chain is informed prior
any purchase for approval.
6. Any asset purchased for Edventure Inc., will become property of Edventure
Inc and its Stockholders. i.e. If Edventure Inc purchases a time share,
cars, etc., the team will have access to those items.
7. * Still in negotiations: Employees will be given free hotel stays at
Las Vegas resorts, Lake Tahoe and or San Antonio. This deal is 95% a reality.
8. Any funds made by
the company will used as follows:
A = Profit - 20%
B = A (Base Pay to employee structure)
C = 20% x A (Bonus Pay to over achieving employees)
D = (Reserved Variable)
E = (Reserved Variable)
F(x) = F1, F2, F3, etc. = Each Employees Salary
G = (Highest Paid Employee from Variable set F)
H = G x 2 Note: ( The share going to Edventure Inc for expenses etc.)
I = F1+F2+F3+etc.+ (H) Note: ( The sum of all employees plus Edventure Inc.)
J = Fx/(A)*100, etc., (H)/(A) Note: ( Gives Percentage of Profits Variable
(A) to Employee)
K = Jx * A Note: ( Gives Salary to be paid to each Employe/Entity)
Pay = K
Bonus = C divided by selected Employee and their related percentage, i.e.
J.
9. Once income earned
by the company exceeds the moneys paid out by Edventure Incorporated,
the moneys will be paid out as described in item #8.
10. We will back and stand by each employee record, and in the event that
a future reference is needed with a viable and paying company. i.e. Title,
Salary recorded in agreement, Duties, and Length of stay.
11. Edventure Inc., was formed in order to find a core set of bright and
determined people, keep them networked, and allow them to spin off ideas/
projects - have them worked by the team and for: profit, for experience
and in a fun yet business like environment.
12. Employees who resign and or are existed for performance reasons, will
always be given a Member Status in Edventure Inc and its services, and
for life.
